As a result of the operations launched by the enemy on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border line, 54 more servicemen of the Defense Army have been killed on the Armenian side. This was stated during a press conference by the Deputy Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Arthur Sargsyan.
“It is with deep sorrow that during the battles fought for the defense of the homeland, 54 fighters of the Defense Army sacrificed their lives. The number of wounded is still being clarified,” said Sargsyan.
He stated that the enemy continued to attack the battle formations of the Defense Army, using aircraft, helicopters, the entire missile-artillery arsenal, as well as armored tank units and special forces units.
According to him, the weaponry used, military equipment, and the number of personnel were unprecedented, particularly in the northern and southern directions.
