The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, announced in a post on his Facebook page that 6 more conscripts have returned to the Homeland.
The President of Artsakh stated.
«Dear compatriots,
Thanks to the search operations carried out in the territories that have come under the enemy’s control, and through the efforts of the Artsakh Republic Emergency Situations Service, the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh and the International Committee of the Red Cross, our 6 conscripts, who heroically struggled in captivity for more than 70 days, returned to the Homeland moments ago, bringing joy to all of us in these difficult days.
For this important success, I express my gratitude to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, thanks to whose direct efforts the search operations for the missing and, of course, the repatriation of the remains of the fallen are actively continuing. I also express my special gratitude to the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh, Rustam Muradov, to Artur Avagyan, who accompanied the boys to their location, as well as to the entire staff of the Artsakh Republic State Emergency Service, whose heroic work I will still have occasion to address.
Below I publish the names and surnames of our six rescued compatriots, whose relatives have already been duly informed.
