In Shurnukh, construction work on 9 of the 13 residential houses comprising the district is nearing completion, while construction of 4 is in progress. The information was provided by the RA Urban Development Committee, adding that Committee Chairman Armen Ghularyan and Arsen Mirzoyan, head of the urban development programs implementation department, recently made a working visit to the Syunik Province.
“Interior finishing work on the houses has also begun. In addition, the foundation of the district’s new road has been laid, and work on engineering infrastructure and fences has commenced,” the statement said.
The new district is planned to include a sewage system with a treatment plant, an external power supply line, and an outdoor lighting system. Additionally, a livestock barn is planned for each household, and the plots will be fenced and enclosed.
Instructions have been given to take measures to complete the entire scope of construction work within the specified timeframe and with the required quality.
