By decision of the relevant state commission of the Republic of Artsakh, on 27 September at 11:00 a.m., a minute of silence will be declared throughout the entire territory of the republic in memory of the victims of the 44-day war unleashed against Artsakh by Azerbaijan in 2020.
This was announced by the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
On the same day at 10:30 a.m., a requiem service will be held by the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in all functioning churches of the Republic of Artsakh for the peace of the souls of the heroic sons martyred in defense of the Homeland.
