This was announced by the state commission coordinating the events dedicated to 27 September.
According to the source, a minute of silence has been declared in the Republic of Artsakh on 27 September at 11:00 a.m. in memory of the heroes martyred in the 44-day war. “We ask drivers and citizens to pay their respects standing,” the message stated.
