Artsakh is the primary guarantee of security, survival and development for the entire Armenian nation. In this regard, we are fully confident that you will assume the office of President of the Republic of Artsakh with special responsibility and, putting your many years of state experience to maximum use, will successfully advance the cause of Artsakh’s security, the strengthening of its statehood, and the assurance of the country’s peaceful and normal development.
