On September 11, a delegation representing the Regional Board of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party of Cyprus visited the National Prelacy, where it held a meeting with the Diocesan Vicar, His Grace Archbishop Khoren Toghramadjian.
During the conversation, issues of concern to the Cypriot-Armenian community were discussed, in particular the troubling events unfolding around Artsakh in recent months and the concerning situation of the Armenians residing there.
The delegation expressed its readiness to contribute to the efforts being carried out in support of the Cypriot-Armenian community and, in particular, the Armenians of Artsakh.
His Grace touched upon the importance of the recent meeting of the three parties and the spiritual leaders of the Lebanese-Armenian community, held in Antelias at the initiative of His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos. He then conveyed his encouragement to those present and expressed his gratitude for the fruitful meeting.
