Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the Chairman of the Board of the airline “Air Arabia,” Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani. During the meeting, it was emphasized that, on the occasion of the visit and in accordance with prior arrangements, an agreement on the creation of a new Armenian national airline would be signed.
Nikol Pashinyan underscored the importance of the signing of the agreement on the creation of a new Armenian national airline between the Armenian State Interests Fund and “Air Arabia,” the largest airline in the Middle East and North Africa regions.
The Acting Prime Minister noted with satisfaction that, as a result of several months of close and consistent negotiations between Armenia’s civil aviation authorities, the Armenian State Interests Fund, and the airline, it has become possible to bring this ambitious project to life.
