“We are now thinking that in the near future, in the coming 10 days, all sectors of economic activity should be opened, but for each sector the Ministry of Health must establish a certain logic for maintaining safety rules, that is, what safety rules restaurants must follow to operate, what rules cafes must follow, what rules workshops must follow, and so on,” noted the head of state, adding: “It is only the educational system that we will keep restricted, and then we will see what happens, and then we will respond practically.”
