Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the RA Prime Minister, whose press secretary Hasmik Harutyunyan has responded to concerns circulated online regarding Hakobyan’s coronavirus test.
According to a report by Armenpress, Harutyunyan wrote about this on her Facebook page.
“In response to the concerns circulating online, I inform that Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the RA Prime Minister, also underwent a coronavirus test on the evening of 15 March, the result of which was negative. Since 16 March, Anna Hakobyan has been in Yerevan,” she noted.
Harutyunyan also informed that due to the spread of the coronavirus and the declaration of a state of emergency in the RA, Anna Hakobyan has postponed all meetings indefinitely.
“As we had already informed, the ‘My Step’ Foundation is considering the possibility of supporting elderly people in vulnerable situations. At present, the Foundation’s staff are conducting consultations and studies to understand the needs; accordingly, the next steps will also be clarified. As the Chair of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Anna Hakobyan will coordinate that work from home,” wrote the Prime Minister’s wife’s press secretary.
She stated that at the same time, assuming social responsibility, the wife of the RA Prime Minister applied yesterday morning to the RA Ministry of Health to be involved in volunteer work.
