A second batch of humanitarian aid, weighing more than 25 tons, was sent to Syria from Yerevan’s “Erebuni” airport. This was reported by Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The cargo includes food, medicine and medical supplies.
The first aid shipment, weighing 30 tons, was sent on 8 February.
On the other hand, the rescue team that had departed from Armenia to Aleppo, having completed its mission, returned to the homeland. This was announced by the Consulate General of Armenia in Aleppo.
