The Criminal Appeals Court of the Republic of Armenia, chaired by Arsen Nikoghosyan, at its third court session, granted the appeal of Robert Kocharyan’s defense lawyers against the decision of the Court of General Jurisdiction.
Let us recall that Anna Danibekyan, at the 13 May session, had rejected the defense’s three motions to release Robert Kocharyan on bail or personal surety, or to lift the detention imposed due to the “Corona” virus pandemic.
The court applied bail as a preventive measure in the amount of 2 billion drams.
