President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on 14 September confirming the new composition of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh.

State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh
Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh
Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Artsakh
Minister of Defence of the Republic of Artsakh-Commander of the Defence Army
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh
Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh
Chief of Police of the Republic of Artsakh
Chief Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh-Ambassador at Large for Special Assignments
