Arayik Harutyunyan dismisses NSS director and makes other personnel changes

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed decrees on new appointments and dismissals. According to the decrees, Ararat Aramayisi Ohanyan has been relieved of the post of Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, and Mikael Hrandi Hayriyan has been appointed Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh. Kamo Abgari Aghajanyan has been appointed Representative of the President of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia for special assignments, being relieved of the post of Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh. The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed decrees on new appointments and dismissals.

According to the decrees, Ararat Aramayisi Ohanyan has been relieved of the post of Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, and Mikael Hrandi Hayriyan has been appointed Minister of Health of the Republic of Artsakh.

Kamo Abgari Aghajanyan has been appointed Representative of the President of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia for special assignments, being relieved of the post of Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh.

Ashot Melsiki Hagopjanyan has been appointed Representative of the President of the Republic of Artsakh for special assignments, being relieved of the post of Chief of Police of the Republic of Artsakh.

At their own request, the advisors to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruzanna Vladimiri Sargsyan, Emil Martiki Papayan and Karen Armoi Nersisyan, have been relieved of their duties.
