Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan met with the second and third presidents of the Republic of Artsakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan.
According to the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, the main external and internal challenges facing the country and the ways to overcome them were discussed. Views were exchanged on the impact of the region’s military-political situation on the future of Artsakh and on the possible courses of action available to the authorities.
