On August 10, a telephone conversation took place between David Babayan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, and Armen Grigoryan, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
During the conversation, issues related to the foreign policies of the two Armenian states, the processes taking place in the region, and the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict were discussed. Both sides emphasized the comprehensive settlement of the issue within the framework of the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group.
The role of the Russian peacekeeping mission in maintaining peace and stability in the region was highly appreciated.
The need for further strengthening and deepening of Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora ties was underscored.
The prospects for expanding cooperation between the foreign ministries of Artsakh and Armenia were addressed.
