As of 11:00 on 18 March, 1,024 new cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, with 273 citizens recovered and 19 deaths. In one day, 4,687 tests were conducted. The total number of tests has thus reached 788,953.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
A total of 181,165 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 167,186 have recovered and 3,301 have died. Currently, 9,830 patients are receiving actual treatment for the coronavirus disease.
The previous day recorded 7 deaths, where patients had the coronavirus infection, but death occurred due to another illness. The total number of such cases is 848.
