Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, during a Security Council meeting, instructed Acting Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan, Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan, and Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan to begin consultations with the CSTO regarding the crossing of the state border of the Republic of Armenia by Azerbaijani military units in certain sections of the Syunik and Gegharkunik provinces.
