Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan is in constant contact with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. This was written on his Facebook page by Armenian Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan.
“During the latest conversation, the Defense Minister informed that the personnel and command of the Armenian army unit have received instructions to maintain restraint, and in the event of provocations by the adversary along the borders of the Republic of Armenia, to respond as necessary, up to occupying new favorable positions.”
