On December 10, around 12:00, units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked Armenian combat positions located on the eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. As a result of the Armenian side’s response actions, the adversary, having suffered human losses, was pushed back to its starting positions.
As a result of the exchange of fire that erupted from the preemptive actions, the Armenian side has one dead, and several more soldiers are wounded. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
As of 14:30, the exchange of fire has ceased. The situation is under the full control of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
