Today, December 1, following the session of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly, journalists directed questions to Defense Minister Suren Papikyan regarding the border situation.
However, instead of answering the questions, the Defense Minister asked the journalists to make way for him to pass, emphasizing that he did not wish to bypass them, while also noting that the Ministry of Defense issues a statement every day regarding the border situation.
In response to the question of whether there is a danger of war, Suren Papikyan answered: “People, the danger of war always exists.”
As for the purchase of weapons from India, Suren Papikyan said he would not discuss classified information.
