Arthur Aghabekyan has been relieved of his position as chief advisor to Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan. He will remain an advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh on a voluntary basis. This was announced by the spokesperson of the President of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan.
It is worth recalling that Lieutenant General Arthur Aghabekyan was appointed chief advisor to Arayik Harutyunyan on 8 June 2020. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
