The Ministry of Urban Development of Artsakh has announced that the road leading from Karmir Shuka to Taghvard in the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh is being renovated and asphalted.
Earthworks and graveling for the construction of the motor road began in June. The Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh is responsible for the ongoing works.
