Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan held a phone conversation with Lebanese-Armenian Maral Najarian, who recently returned from Azerbaijani captivity.

“Today I spoke with Maral Najarian and congratulated her on the occasion of Motherhood and Beauty Day. I was glad to learn that after Azerbaijani captivity, Maral is already recovering and returning to everyday life.
These days, our foremost wish in our thoughts is the speedy return of our captive compatriots to the homeland,” wrote the Artsakh Ombudsman.
