Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a series of decrees on 8 March, according to which Hrand Kamoyi Safaryan was relieved of his post as Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh. Kevorki Levoni Hayriyan has been appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Artsakh.
Armen Artiki Mankasaryan was relieved of his post as Minister of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh, and Vahram Rudiki Arakelyan has been appointed minister.
Aram Alekseyi Sargsyan was relieved of his post as Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh. The duties of the Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh have been temporarily assigned to Deputy Minister Azat Vilen Hambardzumyan.
According to earlier government decisions signed by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Kevorki Levoni Hayriyan had been relieved of his post as Chairman of the Water Committee of the Republic of Artsakh, with the duties temporarily assigned to First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Ararat Samurkayi Khachatryan, while Vahram Rudiki Arakelyan had been relieved of his post as Deputy Minister of Social Development and Migration of the Republic of Artsakh.
