Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan, together with high-ranking state officials and the head of the Artsakh diocese, His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, participated on 20 February in the march dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the Artsakh movement, laying flowers at the Stepanakert city memorial complex.
The head of state also visited the military pantheon and paid tribute to the memory of those who fell in defense of the homeland.
