Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page that he had just met with the factions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh.
“We discussed the current situation and issues related to the adoption of possible political decisions arising from it. In these conditions, the unified and harmonious work of all state bodies is extremely important, for the sake of the sacred cause of defending the Homeland,” he wrote.
