Rescue teams of the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh have discovered the remains of 2 more fallen soldiers through search operations in the Varanda (Fizuli) region, which has come under Azerbaijani control. Armenpress was informed of this by the State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
“Their identity will be determined after forensic examination. As of February 8, the total number of remains discovered as a result of search operations after the ceasefire is 1367. Due to the rotation of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, no search and rescue operations will be conducted today,” the statement said.
