At Dawn Martakert, with Adjacent Villages, Again in the Enemy’s Sights

Azerbaijan continues to target Artsakh’s peaceful settlements, reports the Artsakh Republic State Service of Emergency Situations. During the night of October 20-21, the ceasefire was relatively maintained in all settlements, but at dawn Martakert, with its adjacent villages, was again in the enemy’s sights. Yesterday, too, it used air power in the same direction, bombing civilian infrastructure. The Azerbaijani armed forces are grossly violating not only the established humanitarian ceasefire, but are also using prohibited weapons against the peaceful population.
