The Artsakh Republic Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that during the night of 2-3 November, relative calm was maintained in the civilian settlements overall.
However, at dawn the enemy resumed operations and opened fire from a “Smerch” system toward the cities of Martuni and Shushi. There are no casualties.
In the other settlements, the situation is relatively calm.
