Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan presented the results of the monitoring, which relate to the process of delimitation of the borders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and its impact on human rights.
Tatoyan informed that their study is related to their visit to the Syunik and Gegharkunik regions.
He also spoke about the Azerbaijani policy implemented towards Armenian prisoners of war and captives held in Azerbaijan and emphasized that Azerbaijan artificially delays the return process.
