The Defense Army has announced that although the Defense Army is adhering to the humanitarian ceasefire agreement reached in Moscow and is not conducting fire, the Azerbaijani side continues to keep Stepanakert, Hadrut, Martuni and other settlements of the Republic of Artsakh under rocket and artillery fire.
“The Azerbaijani side is simultaneously spreading false information that the Defense Army units have allegedly targeted the city of Ganja. These claims are absolutely false and have no connection whatsoever with reality,” stated the Defense Army in a Facebook post.
