Today the Staff of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh received clear information that during the morning infiltration of an Azerbaijani group into the town of Hadrut, members of that group killed two residents of Hadrut in their home — a mother and her son with a disability. We are now working to clarify the circumstances and will come forward with more detailed information tomorrow. This was reported by the Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan.
“Most strongly condemning the continued brutal crimes of the Azerbaijani armed forces against the population of Artsakh, I demand that the international community give this incident an adequate response and pursue bringing the criminals to due punishment,” the statement said.
Today the Staff of the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh got concrete information that the Azerbaijani subvversive group which entered Hadrut town on the morning killed 2 civilians at their home – the mother and her son with disability. We are making efforts to gather more information and will publish them tomorrow.
Critically condemning the continuous severe attrocities of the Azerbaijani armed forces against the Artsakh population, I demand from the international community to give proper reaction to this cruel crime and to pursue punishing those criminals.
