The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has updated on his Facebook page the information regarding the enemy’s attempt to penetrate in the direction of Hadrut and his upcoming press conference.
He wrote: “I have just returned from the city of Hadrut. As you know, the enemy, disregarding the agreement on the humanitarian ceasefire, had attempted to penetrate in the direction of the regional center. The situation at this moment is fully under the control of the Defense Army. As for the existing agreements and their violation, I will speak at the press conference to be held at 10:00 a.m. I hope this time there will be no new obstacles.”
