Azerbaijan has restored the gas supply to Artsakh. This was announced by Ruben Vardanyan, the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh.
“I have good news. Without any preconditions, without any concessions, the neighboring state has restored the gas supply for us. This is truly our victory, because we are strong, we have shown that we will not abandon Artsakh and will not panic,” Vardanyan said.
