Azerbaijan is targeting its own population in its villages. Artsrun Hovhannisyan said this on 14 July during a briefing in Ijevan. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, head of the Ijevan information crisis center, published a photo showing Azerbaijani military forces deploying military equipment near residential homes, targeting the civilian population. Earlier, during a briefing in Ijevan, Artsrun Hovhannisyan said: “After the briefing, I will share with you the information I have at hand, about how they target military equipment near homes, targeting the civilian population.
