His post in full is below.
“As we have already informed, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, today visited the Talish and Mataghis communities of the Martakert region. During the meeting with residents, particularly those living in Talish and some families from Mataghis, expressing concern over the military operations taking place in Tavush, they requested that, for security reasons, women, children and the elderly be temporarily relocated to rear communities.
By the instruction of the President of the Republic, the evacuation has been organized. All relocated persons will be provided with housing and food.
I should add that the frontline is relatively calm, and the Defense Army fully controls the situation.
P.S. We are all alongside the border guards and residents of Tavush. My condolences to the families of all the heroic boys who fell in defense of the Homeland.”
