A new type of weapon fired by enemy forces has appeared in the territory of the Republic of Artsakh. This is reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service, noting that according to the study, it is an incendiary cluster weapon, about 40 cm in length, the use of which against the civilian population is prohibited by the Geneva and international agreements.
This weapon is intended for mass destruction and the burning of territories.
