The Azerbaijani military has used a mortar in the direction of the village of Khnapat, while in Taghavard, loudspeakers are issuing calls to leave the village. This is reported by the Artsakh police.
The statement reads: “Today, March 11, at approximately 10:20, the Azerbaijani side, according to preliminary data, fired 2 shells of 120 mm caliber from a mortar in the direction of the area near the school of the village of Khnapat in the Askeran district.
There are no casualties.
Meanwhile, from the Azerbaijani positions adjacent to the village of Taghavard in the Martuni district, threats are currently being made via loudspeakers to leave the village.”
