Situation Fully Under Control of Artsakh Authorities and Russian Peacekeeping Forces

The Russian peacekeeping forces deployed in Artsakh continue to carry out their mission in accordance with the provisions of the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, the Artsakh Security Council announces, refuting information circulated on Azerbaijani media platforms that Russia’s peacekeeping forces are withdrawing part of their troops from Artsakh in order to transfer them to Ukraine.  “We urge the population to refrain from panic. The situation is fully under the control of the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh and the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation,” the statement of the Artsakh Security Council said.
