The Azerbaijanis have advanced their position near the administrative area of the village of Nor Ghazanchi in the Martakert district by 370 meters. During a conversation with «Aparaj», the head of the Nor Ghazanchi community, Ruslan Arstamyan, noted that they had advanced during the night.
«Their position was 1.5 km below the Vank-Drmbon crossroads. They have advanced a second position. We checked with GPS, they have come forward 370 meters and taken up a position. During negotiations with the military, the Azerbaijanis demanded that the two Armenian positions be pulled back 300 meters toward the village, in which case they too would withdraw. And two hours ago, together with the local representative of the Russian peacekeepers, we approached and spoke; they said let your leadership resolve that issue with ours», said Ruslan Arstamyan.
Temur Arstamyan, a resident of Nor Ghazanchi present at the negotiations, noted that they had advanced during the night and pitched a tent.
According to him, the Azerbaijanis explained their advance by saying they are carrying out orders.
According to the media outlet’s information, senior military officers of the Artsakh Defense Army and the head of the Martakert administration were present at the negotiations.
