Azerbaijanis have dismembered the body of a female soldier. This was announced today, 16 September, in Jermuk during a meeting with the heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Armenia, by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Eduard Asryan.
“I am drawing your attention to the atrocities committed by units of the Azerbaijani armed forces and their servicemen, which they carried out at our combat positions, against our servicemen, even female soldiers. And I have those pictures and videos on my phone, which I can also show. There are atrocities there that people may not be able to watch. I will show that video, for which I cannot find words to describe how they dismembered the female soldier, cut off her legs and fingers, stripped her naked, and that is the ultimate degree of atrocity.
No state’s military force or army has the right to commit such atrocities against an adversary; that is a violation of international humanitarian law,” he said.
It should be noted that the heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Armenia visited Jermuk to learn about the consequences of the Azerbaijani military attack.
