“One person was killed and three were wounded near Shushi.” According to the Artsakh National Security Service (NSS), on November 8, the Azerbaijani side opened fire at the intersection near the city on civilians who were performing work on water pipes at the given location.
They were transported to Stepanakert hospital. The three wounded are receiving medical assistance, the Artsakh NSS reported.
In order to clarify the circumstances of the incident, law enforcement structures are carrying out operational-investigative and criminal-procedural measures.
There has been no response yet from the Azerbaijani side.
Let us recall that on October 9, a 55-year-old resident of the city was killed by sniper fire from the Azerbaijani armed forces in a pomegranate orchard located in the area adjacent to Martakert.
