Azerbaijan has once again spread disinformation, claiming that fire was opened from Armenia in their direction. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement on this matter.
“The statement issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, claiming that on March 15, between 00:10 and 02:30, units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia opened fire toward Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, does not correspond to reality,” the statement from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia said.
At the same time, the Artsakh Defense Army also issued a similar denial.
The statement noted that the report issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, claiming that Defense Army units on March 15 periodically opened fire toward Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Martuni and Askeran regions of the Republic of Artsakh, is yet another piece of disinformation.
