The secretaries of the security councils of Armenia and Azerbaijan are participating in the annual meeting of the secretaries of the security councils of the CIS states, which has kicked off in Moscow.
This was announced by the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
This is the 9th annual meeting of the secretaries of the CIS countries, in which the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev is participating, as well as the Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan Ramil Usubov and the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan.
