The commander of the rapid response special unit of the Rescue Forces Department of the State Emergency Service, T.H. (born 1975), was wounded in a mine explosion during search operations in the Jrakan district of Artsakh (Kend Horadiz area), which is outside Artsakh’s control. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.
As a result of the incident, T.H. sustained an injury to his right foot. Azerbaijani military personnel provided him with first aid, after which the search team transported him to the Stepanakert Republican Medical Center.
According to information received from doctors, his life is not in danger.

The first incident occurred in the Vorotan direction, where our colleagues from the Republic of Armenia stepped on a mine and were wounded, and the next involved rescue workers from the Martakert regional department in the Talish-Mataghis section. Fortunately, no fatalities have been recorded.
