As of 11:00 on 27 May, a total of 7,774 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 3,255 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 4,377 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 53,678 tests have been conducted. Thus, there are 372 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 35 recoveries.
In total, 98 deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (an increase of 7).
The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were aged 85 (female), 78 (female), 69 (female), 60 (female), 76 (male), 66 (female), and 56 (male), and had accompanying chronic diseases.
Forty-four deaths have been recorded (an increase of 5) in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but death resulted from another illness.
