As of 11:00 a.m. on 14 May, a total of 3,860 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 1,572 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 2,218 infected individuals are receiving actual treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 36,016 tests have been conducted. Thus, there are 142 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 72 recoveries.
In total, 49 deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (an increase of 1).
The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patient was an 81-year-old man who had accompanying chronic illnesses.
There have also been 21 recorded deaths in which patients tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but death resulted from another illness.
