Azerbaijan fires toward Berdavan village in Tavush province; residential homes damaged

A young family with small children resides in the residential home damaged by the Azerbaijani shelling. Acting head of the Berdavan community Vahe Alikhanyan told this to NEWS.am. “They have two children, aged 3 and 6, who were playing in the yard at the time; people were in the yard. A young family with small children resides in the residential home damaged by the Azerbaijani shelling. Acting head of the Berdavan community Vahe Alikhanyan told this to NEWS.am.

As a result of the shelling, the glass of one of the home’s windows and the interior wall were damaged. According to Vahe Alikhanyan, the issue of repairing the window has not yet been resolved.

Let us recall that RA Ministry of Defense press secretary Shushan Stepanyan had announced via her Facebook page that on 13 May at 14:00, large-caliber weapons fired from Azerbaijani combat positions toward the Berdavan village of Tavush province, as a result of which residential homes were damaged.

“As a result of the appropriate actions taken by Armenian position-holders toward the enemy’s firing points, the enemy was silenced.
