On April 28, at approximately 19:20, according to preliminary data, conscript Private Samvel Sedraki Sanoyan (born 2002) of the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense sustained a gunshot wound from a shot fired by a fellow serviceman.
The Ministry of Defense reports that Private Sanoyan died on the way to the hospital.
An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
